Welcome to the Westerly Chariho, Arc – Frank
Olean Center and our new web site. Here you will find information
on our history, services, programs and supports as well as
names and contact information for key members within our organization.
We want to provide the highest level of services for people
with disabilities. If you are a consumer, family member, donor,
employer, staff or community organization our desire is to
ensure that you receive the most up to date and complete information
about our organization.
Started in 1966, the Westerly Chariho, Arc
– Frank Olean Center has always practiced the philosophy as
summed up in our founder’s words “If you place the client
first, you will never go wrong.” – Frank Olean. Today, those
words remain at the very core of our organization. We have
been known for individual attention to each consumer’s needs
and desires while simultaneously providing only those needs
that the person really needs. We are here as a catalyst for
people with disabilities to fulfill and achieve their goals
for greater Independence, Integration and Productivity.
I encourage you to read our site list of
services, contact people, member/donor information, upcoming
events and the results of our efforts. Please use our web
