The Frank Olean Center is hiring a dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our Children's Services Department as a Clinical Supervisor.
We are seeking a home and community based licensed health-care professional to coordinate clinical services for children with developmental disabilities throughout RI. The Home and Community based Clinical Supervisor is responsible for developing goals for treatment, supervising home-based Direct Support Professionals, family education and support, and maintaining the therapeutic integrity of services provided.
What you will do:
As a Clinical Supervisor you will play a vital role:
⭐Developing treatment plan goals, objectives and interventions.
⭐Providing parent/family training as specified to meet each individual family’s needs.
⭐Providing direct instruction and modeling on proper implementation of treatment interventions to the family and Direct Support Professionals
Qualifications
✅ Licensed Independent health-care professional by the Rhode Island Department of Health Rhode Island (DOH).
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW),
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
No other licensure is acceptable for this position.
✅ Experience developing behavioral plans for children with special needs.
✅ Flexible Schedule (Part-time or Fulltime. Fulltime would be 30-40/wk.)
✅ Willingness to travel in State of RI as needed
✅ Successful background check and DCYF clearance

HBTS offers home and community based support to children with special health care needs.
What you will do:
As a HBTS worker, you will play a vital role in helping children:
⭐ Develop independence in daily living activities
⭐ Improve safety through self-regulation skills
⭐ Engage in social and community activities with peers
Key Responsibilities:
⭐ Assist children in achieving family-directed goals, promoting independence and safety
⭐ Provide one-on-one support in homes and community settings
⭐ Facilitate socialization and participation in activities
⭐ Assist with self-care tasks as needed
⭐ Maintain accurate documentation (data sheets, progress notes, timesheets)
⭐ Attend required meetings and trainings
⭐ Safely transport children to approved activities, as needed
Qualifications
✅ At least 18 years of age
✅ 2 years supervised experience working with children with special health care needs
✅ Associates degree in human services or related field
✅ Clean driving record for the past 3 years (valid driver’s license & vehicle insurance required)
✅ Successful background check and DCYF clearance
