The Olean Center's Program prepares
our participants for employment and provides their employers with no-cost consultation services
and supports.
Olean Center's Vocational Services is an employment agency assisting participants
in obtaining and maintaining a job that is a match for their potential and goals. Our services are provided for people from age 16 and up.
Individuals may be referred to Olean Center's Vocational Services through:

VOCATIONAL ASSESSMENT & JOB DEVELOPMENT
We prescreen job seekers’ identifying skills and strengths to best match qualified applicants to employer needs.
JOB DEVELOPMENT
The application process includes training in resume writing, interview skills, job development/job coaching, and consulting services for the employer.
ON-GOING EMPLOYER SUPPORT
Programs tailored to the employer and employee services that address long term retention ensuring success.
