Community is where life happens. Safe, reliable transportation helps Frank Olean Center participants get to work, volunteer, build friendships, and stay connected every day.
With generous support from foundations across the state, we now have a new lift van and a new SUV to help make that easier!
On behalf of our participants and their families, we extend heartfelt thanks to the Champlin Foundation, Forrest C. and Frances H. Lattner Foundation, The Horace A. Kimball & S. Ella Kimball Foundation, and Ocean State Charities Trust for grants to fund these important vehicles.
“Having safe transportation that we can rely on every day means we can provide more opportunities for inclusion in the community, whether it’s for a trip to the store or attending an event,” said Executive Director Ruth Tureckova. “The leaders of these foundations have ensured that our participants can be active, involved members of their communities, and for that I’m extremely grateful.”
