Are you passionate about helping children and teens thrive? The Olean Center is growing and looking for a second Clinical Supervisor to join our caring, dedicated Children’s team. 

Clinical Supervisors work closely with families to create strategies that help each child succeed—both during tough times and in moments of growth. Our Direct Support Professionals partner with families and children to bring those strategies to life. 

Claire Letizio, current Clinical Supervisor, shares: 

“At the start, I help families believe that they’ll get through this—that things will be okay. I aim to be a role model, so they feel confident using the tools we build together. It all starts with respect and understanding.” 

This role also collaborates with teachers and partner agencies to support each child across all areas of their life.
